Four New Facilities join "Tokyo City Pass,"
a Sightseeing Pass with Unlimited Subway Access
That Showcases the Best of Tokyo
Tokyo Metro Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Taito-ku, Tokyo; President: Akihiro Kosaka; "Tokyo Metro" below) and LINKTIVITY Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Seiryuu Kou), which develops a transportation and sightseeing platform business, to newly welcome Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter and three other facilities (collectively "Additional Participating Companies" below) as of November 27, 2025 to make its "Tokyo City Pass" sightseeing ticket for inbound travelers ("the Product" below) an even more appealing proposition for people sightseeing in Tokyo.
The Product is a sightseeing offering that combines four elements: ① Leading tourist spots in Tokyo that include TOKYO SKYTREE, Tokyo Tower, and teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM.com (Select Spots); ② Tourist spots only available in Tokyo that offer experiences Tokyo Metro, LINKTIVITY and the Additional Participating Companies want foreign travelers to Japan to become familiar with, such as lighting an incense at Senso-ji Temple and visiting an old-fashioned public bathhouse (sightseeing spots); ③ "Tokyo Subway Ticket," a passenger ticket offering unlimited rides on Tokyo subways, and ④ coupons. To give an example, a customer who uses a "Select Spots" TOKYO SKYTREE* 1-day ticket, which costs 3,900 yen, on a holiday would have 800 yen left over after the cost of 2,300 yen to visit the SKYTREE Tembo Deck (holiday fee) and the cost of 800 yen to ride the subway is subtracted. With this set plan, 4,700 yen worth of "sightseeing spots," such as Senso-ji Temple, could be enjoyed with that remaining 800 yen, which translates into savings of 80%. The Product, which enables customers to enjoy premium experiences in Tokyo at a discounted rate, offers both foreign travelers to Japan and residents of Japan an ideal means of travelling in Tokyo.
With the new Additional Participating Companies, pass users can now select an entry ticket for "Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter," the only opportunity in Asia for people to experience the production of the "Harry Potter" and "Fantastic Beast" series of films from behind the scenes, as well as an entry ticket for Sunshine Aquarium and a one-way ticket on the Keisei Skyliner. Additionally, for sightseeing spots, customers can receive a serving of tamago-yaki (Japanese omelet) at "Tsukiji Marutake."
Tokyo Metro, LINKTIVITY and the Additional Participating Companies will continue to do their part for the sustainable development of Japan's capital of Tokyo through providing specially-planned passenger tickets and passenger services offering a high level of convenience and appealing "City Tourism" options to accommodate inbound travel demand, which is anticipated to continue increasing going forward.
