Tokyo Midtown is a multipurpose commercial complex located on the former site of the Ministry of Defense. Based on the concept "high-quality life in the heart of the city," the complex houses approximately 130 unique shops and restaurants. The upper floors of its 248-meter trademark tower - Midtown Tower - are also home to the Ritz Carlton Tokyo. The Suntory Museum of Art is located in the Gardenside area. Tokyo Midtown is also the focus of attention as Roppongi's newest information center.
