Tokyo Metro Customer Information

Information desks (10 a.m. - 6 p.m.)

Tokyo Metro information desks are located at Ginza, Shinjuku and Omote-sando stations.

Service manager (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Located at major stations such as Ginza, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro or Ueno. Service managers patrol the station, particularly the areas near ticket gates and ticket vendors.
