Similar-Looking Lost Items
The below lost items are often very similar in appearance, making it difficult for the Customer Relations Center to identify them. Please check for them in person at the Station Office on the same day as they were lost, or at the Lost and Found Center from the next day onward.
Identifiable Lost Items
Customers can also search for lost items that can be identified as belonging to them, such as official identification bearing their name. Please make an inquiry using the Lost and Found Inquiry Form.
Lost and Found Center at Iidabashi Station

From the next day until four days later, found items are stored at the Lost and Found Center at Iidabashi Station.*1

Items are disposed of after three months of storage
Depending on the day when the item was found, the sending of the item to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Lost and Found Center may take place on one of the following days during the following week.

If you have lost an item on a through-service train, please also contact the other railway company which operates the connecting route.

All Tokyo Metro Lines (except Ginza and Marunouchi Lines) operate through-service trains, so items may be found at a destination on the connecting route. Please also inquire with the other reailway companies listed below in addition to Tokyo Metro.

Please bring the necessary documentation and seal to the location where your lost item is being stored as advised by Tokyo Metro (the train station or Lost and Found Center at Iidabashi Station).
