Initiatives for Human Resource Development and Capacity Building
Since February 2022, Tokyo Metro has been participating in the Project for Strengthening Urban Railway Training Capacity at the Vietnam Railway College. This project aims to develop human resources in the urban railway sector by supporting the development of training curricula and providing training for instructors. Through these initiatives, Tokyo Metro contributes to strengthening the foundations of the urban railway sector and fostering human resource development in Vietnam.

In addition, Tokyo Metro is participating in the Project on the Formulation of the 30-year Railway Master Plan for the Greater Capital Region of the Republic of the Philippines, supporting the long-term planning and development of urban railways across the country.
