*Tokyo Metro has established the Corporate Ethics Improvement Desk
as a contact point for all executives and employees of the Tokyo
Metro Group to receive inquiries and reports regarding compliance.
It investigates the contents of the inquiries and reports in
relation to the facts along with countermeasures policies, etc.,
and the Compliance and Risk Management Committee deliberates as
necessary and responds appropriately.
