We will promote DE&I to realize our vision for the ideal organization. We will welcome diverse human resources into our organization not only to meet the diversifying needs of our customers, but also from the perspective of securing human resources. We will foster a corporate culture that enables each employee to maximize their potential by providing an environment and opportunities that take into consideration the circumstances and characteristics of individual employees. By doing so, we will lead to the creation of new value through increased engagement and innovation. In May 2023, we established the DE&I Promotion Committee - chaired by the Executive Officer in charge of the Human Resources Department - to discuss and report on matters related to DE&I promotion. In August the same year, we formulated the "DE&I Declaration" to accelerate various efforts to promote DE&I, encouraging women to play an active role in the organization.
