Sustainability Management Promotion System

To promote sustainability management within the Tokyo Metro Group, the company has established a Sustainability Promotion Committee^*1, chaired by the chief sustainability affairs officer appointed by resolution of the Board of Directors and with membership composed of executive officers and individual department heads, in accordance with our internal regulations. We have configured a system to discuss management policies, goals, strategies, and other such items pertaining to sustainability, and we also bring in external experts as necessary.
Important matters are also submitted to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee^*2 to bolster the promotion of sustainability management.
This system is reviewed from time to time and advice from external experts is sought where necessary.
