Tokyo Metro Line has two routes in parallel within some zones, however, you are asked to decide and select your desired route to purchase a pass of Hanzomon Line between "Shibuya" and "Nagatacho" or Fukutoshin Line between "Wakoshi" and "Ikebukuro".
If you notice that you purchased a pass with a wrong zone or valid period, push a Call Button on the ticket machine or consult a station attendant at your nearest gate. We will proceed to refund the pass. We may guide you to proceed to the Pass Offices & Pass Inquiry depending on your purchase status. We apologize in advance for this.
However, refund will be available according to our policies at the Pass Offices & Pass Inquiry if a claim is other than that immediately after the purchase as shown above (if you passed through a gate).
