This section provides information about actual or expected delays of 15 minutes or more for train services.
Discount tickets available when passengers use the service on the same tour as one group. (Requires pre-arrangement with a Tokyo Metro Station Office or Pass Offices & Pass Inquiry.)

Print out and fill in a Group Passenger Transportation Application Form, then submit the form to a Tokyo Metro Station Office (except Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station) or Pass Offices & Pass Inquiry. The Group Passenger Transportation Application Form is also available at a Tokyo Metro Station Office (except Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station) or Pass Offices & Pass Inquiry.
Please note that applications are not accepted at Nakano Station and Nishi-Funabashi Station.
Application is available one month prior to the departure date.
Consult the Tokyo Metro Customer Center, Tokyo Metro Station Office (except Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station) or Pass Offices & Pass Inquiry 7 days prior to the departure date for purchasing group tickets (*NOTE) connecting Tokyo Metro Line and other Lines.
In addition, reserve a ticket of the Limited Express Romancecar as early as possible as a seat reservation is required.
Student group requires a seal of the school superintendent or school principal on the Group Passenger Transportation Application Form. We may not be able to meet our customers' requests for some period of hours or train route.
