The storage location of lost items that have been found at stations on Tokyo Metro lines changes depending on the length of time that has passed. Please inquire about lost items and pick them up as soon as possible.

Items are disposed of after three months of storage
Depending on the day when the item was found, the sending of the item to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Lost and Found Center may take place on one of the following days during the following week.

From the next day until four days later, found items are stored at the Lost and Found Office at Iidabashi Station.
Railway Companies with Through Trains
If you have lost an item on a through train, please also contact the other railway company who directly connects to that route.
Please check the home page of the relevant train station for the phone number of the office of your closest station. The location of station offices can be found on the Station Map page for each station.
When coming to retrieve the item from the Lost and Found Office, please check the process for retrieving the item, and make sure to bring the necessary documentation and seals.

Please understand that although we will try our best to reply to you as quickly as possible, there may be times when it takes a little while for us to reply, or in the case of night-time queries, when contact is made the following day once the office is open again.
Located at Iidabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line (outside the gates).
We recommend that you first inquire with the Tokyo Metro Customer Relations Center, and then come to the Lost and Found Center if it has been confirmed that your item may be being stored there.

All Tokyo Metro Lines (except Ginza and Marunouchi Lines) operate through trains, so items may be found at a destination on the connecting route. Please also inquire with the other railway companies listed below in addition to Tokyo Metro.
