Service Information
This section provides information about actual or expected delays of 15 minutes or more for train services.
"Transfer to another line" is a service for our passengers who hold tickets valid for the zone during which an accident happened to be able to transfer to other line and use other route within the valid zone by our asking other railway companies of the effect in case of a train operation accident.
(A prior announcement will be made to passengers at the station or in cars upon taking place the transfer to another line.)
Present "a ticket with the zone and fare printed" and receive a Transfer Permit.
A transfer to another line takes place when a train operation accident happened and it is determined that it takes time to recover from the accident.
Present "a ticket with the zone and fare printed" and receive a Transfer Permit at a station of the railway company which is experiencing the accident. We guide you accordingly as the severity of the accident may affect on the applicability of the service.
Present your ticket and hand over the Transfer Permit at the destination.
Passengers with the following tickets are not allowed for the transfer to another line.
