Only when discounted fare is applied for a physically-challenged passenger who gets on a train with a caregiver, the caregiver should make sure to purchase a ticket of the same type, travel zone, and valid period as the physically-challenged passenger's and to get on the same train together.
In addition, the discounted fare is applied to one caregiver per one physically-challenged passenger.
Purchase a child regular ticket with a ticket machine, then receive a discount certificate from a gate attendant before boarding. Moreover, we may ask you to present a certificate (physically disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate (Aino-techo, etc.) health and welfare certificate of persons with mental disabilities)
Children and passengers who would like to purchase a transfer ticket to other subway line are asked to purchase the ticket at the Station Office. Moreover, we may ask you to present a certificate (physically disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate (Aino-techo, etc.) health and welfare certificate of persons with mental disabilities)

When a disabled passenger of Type 1 with a caregiver use an IC Card for boarding, a discounted fare (50% discounted) will be applied in 1 Yen increments.
The disabled passenger and the caregiver will use and touch the IC Card over the automatic ticket gate respectively at the gate, but do not touch it but present the certificate (physically disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate (Aino-techo, etc.) health and welfare certificate of persons with mental disabilities) to the gate attendant at the destination or junction.
