This section provides information about actual or expected delays of 15 minutes or more for train services.
Tokyo Metro Academy will introduce the expertise and experience in railway operations that Tokyo Metro has cultivated to date to achieve safe and stable operations on urban railways for railway operators around the world. Our aim is to contribute to sustainable development of cities around the world by responding to the various needs that lead to supporting the development of local transportation services with the online courses.
The first online course was held in March 2022 for the field of train operations. We had 34 participants from 12 different countries of the world. From August 2022, we will hold 8 courses on railway businesses and non-rail business in succession (now accepting applications).
We will continue to hold Tokyo Metro Academy online courses and offer lectures intended for railway officials worldwide regarding initiatives taken by Tokyo Metro. There will also be time set aside for discussion with experts from Tokyo Metro and we will answer all kinds of questions from the participants.
