Through engagement surveys and other metrics, we will continuously monitor employees' expectations and satisfaction with the company, job content, superiors, and workplace, by doing so assessing the effectiveness of our human capital strategy. We will also enhance engagement by quickly responding to issues identified. We will formulate and implement action plans for each individual workplace based on the results of the engagement survey.
